Ryukyu panari mizusashi

Old Ryukyu (Okinawa) pottery vessel, categorized as 'Panari ware' of Aragusuku island,
applied to be attached with a lacquered wooden lid for mizusashi (water jar) as a tea article,
dated back to Edo period, circa late 18th - early 19th century, - with a protective wooden storage box.
