Old Seto ware flask called ‘Bimbo tokkuri’ (lit. ‘Poor sake flask’) with unique chiseled dot lines of ‘Yoshida’ as the name of bar or liquor shop (and another kanji of ‘Sho’ at the opposite side). Late Edo – Meiji period, 19th century. Elegantly matured texture with aged deterioration (cracks, chips, and penetration) as is in such refined natural distortion. Recommended to enjoy it as an object or a vase (It leaks, so that needs to put in inner container for flower).

approx. H 20cm (7.87in), D 8cm (3.14in)
