Shipping
All purchased items are basically shipped by EMS with full-covered insurance and tracking service. Each EMS shipping charge is calculated by its safely-packaged item weight and the place of shipping destination. Combined shipping is accepted only if the multiple purchased items are packageable within a parcel together safely.
*As of recent updates to the EMS shipping system for shipments from Japan to the United States, customs duties must be prepaid by the sender (tatami) on behalf of the recipient. After shipment details are finalized, tatami will inform you of the applicable customs duties. All payments (item price, shipping cost, and customs duties) must be completed within 48 hours of this notification.

Required payment method are PayPal, and Credit card (through the account of 疊 t a t a m i). No personal cheques, No private enterprise’s money transfer services, and No cash by mail from overseas can be accepted under any circumstances.
